Kristin grew up on the beaches of New Jersey, has lived in Chile, and spent ten summers traveling to remote regions of Southeast Alaska. After traveling extensively for work and play, Kristin has settled in Anacortes to build a family. She is a graduate of Villanova University with degrees in sociology and elementary education. Among her many accomplishments, Kristin holds a 100 Ton Near Coastal Master USCG license, a Wilderness First Responder certification and speaks Spanish. Previous jobs she’s held range from naturalist guide to chief mate and director to operations manager, all in a variety of recreation and tourism industries. Kristin’s career diversity reflects the broad array of interests she has; she is passionate about hiking, kayaking, biking, sailing, gardening (pretty much anything outside), good coffee and wine, and she has a fondness for dark chocolate. She loves adventuring with her husband, dog and kids in their amazing backyard of Anacortes and the San Juans.
